"Mr Chester made my home buying experience way less stressful than I thought it would be. He explained the whole buyer/agent buying process up front and answered all of my home buying questions in a timely manner and got answers from the sellers that i needed when I needed them. I tend to be very meticulous when it comes to my money and he was honest and straight forward with me throughout the whole transaction. He made the process way easier than I could have ever imagined. With the COVID-19 pandemic going on during the whole process it really was difficult with the local housing market being the way it is but he helped me every step of the way even with these uncertain times. He won't steer you wrong. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the Colorado Springs/Denver area."

""Me and my husband were introduced to Chris by our lender after our first realtor was not good. At that point I was nervous and stressed having never go through a process like this, I wanted someone trustworthy and honest. Chris was all of that plus more, he was very professional and ,made me and my husband really comfortable about the whole process. He always had houses lined up to show us with a schedule to keep for that day and always had print outs of the information on the houses with a clipboard and pen to take notes. He was very knowledgeable about what we should stay clear of and what was good. Very down to earth guy and good sense of humor which we all need at a time like this. He showed us a ton of houses and never made us feel rushed, we did eventually find our home and we love it. I would recommend Chris to anyone of my family or friends to help them through this life changing event."

"I was sick for nearly all of my house hunting with Chris and he went above and beyond to help me find a house. Due to covid, there were times when i could not go into houses. Chris would video chat me and do a virtual tour of the houses I was interested in and offered excellent, honest feedback about what he saw and if it fit my needs. I ended up having to be hospitalized for a week due to covid. Chris worked with the bank on my behalf to make sure all of my paperwork was correct and on time so I could close on my house after I got healthy. My experience was more than perfect. Chris did everything he was supposed to and more and was happy to do so. Additionally, he has excellent contacts for loans and inspectors. I would highly recommend Chris. He is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he is trustworthy."

"My wife and I recently bought a home using Christopher as our agent, and I couldn't possibly say enough good things about him and the work he did for us. We put in our offer just days prior to an epic Spring hail storm during which our house was damaged, and as a result of that the bank required a ridiculous amount of cajoling, and without Christopher's help I'm 100% certain we would not have been able to close on our house.
